How to secure my account?

Cybersecurity is a real threat, and anyone using the internet to invest online needs to be vigilant and follow best practices to keep their online account secure. At Traze, we take cybersecurity very seriously, and you can rest assured that we’re taking the necessary steps to keep your funds safe. However, there are things you can do to protect yourself.

  • Use a unique password for your Traze account. You should never use the same password more than once. Perhaps another online service you’re using is breached; hackers can attempt that password with other accounts.
  • Be vigilant. When logging into your Traze account or opening an email from us, make sure you’re visiting traze.com and make sure the emails you open come from an official email address.
  • Keep your phone and email account secure. We use your email address and mobile number to verify certain actions on your account. If either is compromised, it increases the likelihood of someone gaining unauthorised access to your account. If you lose your phone, notify us immediately and change all your passwords, including your password for MyTraze.
  • Speak out. If you notice anything suspicious about your account, or the communications you receive, notify us immediately via cs@traze.com.
