How to sign in from a new device?

The beauty of trading and investing online is that you can access your positions and investments anywhere with an internet connection.

If you’re trading with Traze, you can access your MyTraze profile and your MetaTrader 4 accounts from any device.

Access MyTraze from a new device

MyTraze is a web application optimised for mobile devices, so you can seamlessly switch between your computer and mobile device to access your MyTraze account. To access MyTraze from anywhere, just visit https://my.traze.com/ and sign in using either your mobile number or email address and password.

Access MetaTrader 4 from a new device

MetaTrader 4 is available for multiple operating systems; it’s available for Windows, Mac, Android and iOS. To access your Traze MT4 account, you’ll need to install the application on your device.

Once MT4 is installed on your device, you’ll need to sign in to your account. To log in to MT4, you’ll need your account number and password. Remember, your MyTraze credentials are not the same as your MT4 account logins.

You can find a list of your MT4 trading accounts in the MyTraze application. If you don’t remember your password, you can refer to the emails we sent with your credentials or change your password from the MyTraze application.
