How to reset my passwords?

When using so many different online services, it’s not uncommon to forget your password on occasion. If you do forget your password, don’t panic; it can easily be reset.

Reset your MyTraze password

To reset your password for MyTraze, you can simply click the “forgot password” link on the MyTraze login page. A new password will be sent to your registered e-mail address if it matches an account in the system.
If you already know the passwords to your MyTraze account but want to change the password for other reasons, you can do by following these steps:

  1. Click “Personal Information” in the menu, then select “Personal Information”.
  2. Click the pencil icon in the “Password” row.
  3. You need to verify this action; choose to verify either by email or SMS. Click “Click for verification” to be sent a verification code.
  4. Enter the verification code you received
  5. Enter your new password.

Reset your MetaTrader 4 password

To reset your MetaTrader 4 password, you need to sign in to your MyTraze account, click “Trading”, and select “Account list”. The Account list shows all MT4 live and demo accounts you have. Choose the account you want to reset the password for, click the ellipsis icon, and select “Reset Password”. Finally, enter the new password twice, making sure to meet all the requirements.
