An internal transfer is a convenient tool to transfer funds from one trading account into another without making a new deposit. Suppose you want to open a second trading account for testing a different trading strategy. If you have excess funds in one account, you can transfer them to another. Internal transfers are processed very quickly.

To make an internal transfer, log in to your MyTraze profile and click “Fund management”, then select “Internal transfer”. You can choose how much you want to transfer in the internal transfer screen and which accounts to transfer between.

You can withdraw funds from your trading account at any time, and doing so is very simple. Before making a withdrawal, you should consider a few things. For example, if your identity or bank account is not properly verified, or you have open positions, you might run into issues. Depending on your situation, there could be unnecessary complications to your withdrawal.

Making a withdrawal request

You can withdraw funds from your trading account to the original payment method used to deposit. The amount you can withdraw to the original payment method cannot exceed the amount you deposited. Supposing you made a profit from your trading, you must withdraw the excess amount to your bank account. To ensure you can withdraw your profits, please ensure your identity and bank account is properly verified.

Identity and bank account verification

We can only process withdrawals for customers who have passed our identity verification and verified their bank account too. To verify your identity, you’ll need to upload proof of identity and proof of address. For more information, refer to [xxx].

To verify your bank account, you’ll need to visit the “Payment Verification” section of the MyTraze portal, enter the requested information about your bank, and upload a copy of your bank account statement as proof. Our specialists will review within approximately 24-hours.

Check your trading account margin

Withdrawing funds from your trading account balance directly impacts account margin. If the margin level falls too low, it can lead to margin-call, preventing you from opening new positions and even stop out, which begins liquidating your positions.

The best-case scenario is to make withdrawals without any open positions unless you are confident that you’ll have more than enough margin to maintain your positions.

How long does a withdrawal take?

How long a withdrawal takes depends on the payment method used. Supposing there are no issues with the information provided, our finance team will process the withdrawal within 24-hours.

What is the minimum I can withdraw?

The minimum amount you can withdraw is US$15. However, this depends on the withdrawal method you’re using.

Are there any fees to make a withdrawal?

Traze does not apply any fees for making deposits or withdrawals. However, that doesn’t mean your bank or the third-party payment provider you used won’t charge a fee, especially if your account is not denominated in US dollars. In which case, you’ll likely experience currency conversion costs.

We support multiple payment methods to deposit or withdraw funds to or from your trading account. Although we support several methods, you should keep in mind that not all options are available in every location our customers are based. To see what options are available for you, log in to your MyTraze account to see deposit options.
Before making a deposit, you should be familiar with how to make a withdrawal and how to verify your account.

International bank transfer

The international bank transfer option is available to all customers. You can transfer US dollars to our DBS bank account in Singapore from any bank, anywhere in the world; sending another currency will incur additional fees charged by our bank. We recommend only sending US dollars to this bank account. The amount we credit to your trading account is equal to the amount that clears in our bank account. The minimum deposit via bank transfer is US$1,000, and there is no maximum. In the bank transfer reference, you must use “Traze-[your MT4 account number]”. You should always transfer funds from a bank account in your name; we will reject funds received from anyone else. Funds usually arrive in two days and will be credited to your trading account once they clear in our account. If any of the information is incorrect, the funds will be returned. Log in to your MyTraze account to view DBS bank account information.

Local bank transfer

We accept local bank transfers from Southeast Asia for a fast, convenient and cost-effective way to fund your trading account. You can deposit in local currencies from Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Vietnam. Local bank transfers are better than international transfers because they are cheaper to remit. Once we receive your funds, we’ll convert the amount to US dollars and credit your trading account. We collaborate with several respected partners in the region, so please pay attention to the instructions when using local bank transfers.

Credit/debit card

You can fund your account using either VISA or Mastercard credit or debit card. The minimum deposit via card is US$200, and the upper limit is US$10,000. Our payment processor will acquire US dollars from your card, and your bank will determine the foreign exchange rate that will be reflected on your credit card or bank statement. Kindly note that funding your trading account with someone else credit/debit card is not allowed and will result in a declined transaction.

E-wallets

We support e-wallets Skrill, Neteller and Perfect Money, which are very popular amongst forex traders. If you already have a funded payment account (e-wallet) with one of these e-wallets, you can use your balance to deposit to your Traze trading account. When you select one of these payment methods, you’ll be redirected to a sign-in page to authorise the payment from your chosen e-wallet. Keep in mind that you can only use an account registered to your name or email address.

To deposit to one of your trading accounts, you need to log in to your MyTraze profile, which is your dashboard to the services provided by Traze.

On the homepage of the dashboard, simply click the “Deposit” button. In the next screen, you’ll be given a list of available deposit methods. The methods available depend on your location, but for example purposes, you can expect to find payment methods like bank wire, VISA, Mastercard, Neteller, Skrill, Perfect Money and others.

When choosing a payment method, keep in mind the minimum and maximum deposit limits as they vary.

Once you have selected your payment method, the next screen will ask you to choose which account the deposit should be credited to and how much you wish to deposit.

The deposit amount for each time must be at least US$15. If you’re depositing to your account for the first, you should be aware of the minimum first-time deposit requirement for the account type you selected during registration.

Whatever method you use to deposit, keep in mind that funds must always originate from your account, and we cannot accept any third party or anonymous deposits due to International Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

We offer several methods for making deposits to your trading account. We recommend reading: What payment methods are supported?
